PAGASA says no worries BUT Int'l forecasters says otherwise
PAGASA said that KABAYAN is too far to directly affect any part of the country.
But NASA's Tropical Rainfall Measuring Mission prediction says otherwise, in fact, they are saying that there's enough rainfall going our way tonight till tomorrow that flood in our city is very likely
