The Philippines Bases Conversion Development Authority (BCDA) and the Manila North Tollways Corp have agreed a revenue-sharing mechanism for the Subic Clark-Tarlac Expressway. MNTC, a portfolio company of Metro Pacific Investments, will run the road under a contract running 33 years
The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) has reappointed Francis S. Garcia as representative of the province of Bataan in the Board of Directors of this Freeport.
Garcia, together with other members of the SBMA Board of Directors, recently took his oath before President Benigno Aquino III in a ceremony held at the Ceremonial Hall in Malacañang.
